Connect: Each user connects their own Google account from Profile Integrations
Browse: Open the File Library or Document Center and switch to Google Drive
Attach or Create: Select Drive files or create new Google Workspace files as linked Agent documents without uploading copies
Native File Library — : Browse Google Drive inside Nixa's file picker
Document Center Access — : Browse Google Drive next to other workspace documents
Grid and List Views — : Use the same views as Nixa files
Search — : Find files and folders from the Drive browser
Create Workspace Files — : Create Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides from Nixa and link them to records

Each team member connects their own Google account:
1. Go to Profile Integrations
2. Connect Google Drive
3. Authorize access with Google
4. Pick or create Drive files from the File Library and Document Center
